Here you will find information about our shipping conditions. Our packages are delivered exclusively by DHL as insured parcels.

Minimum order value:

There is no minimum order value.

Shipping costs Germany:

Within Germany the delivery is free of shipping costs

Shipping costs to other EU countries:

For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat rate of 12.50 euros (incl. VAT) for postage and packaging, regardless of the order value.

Shipping costs non-EU countries:

For deliveries to non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland), we charge a flat rate of 25 euros (excl. VAT) for postage and packaging, regardless of the order value.

Shipping costs outside Europe:

For deliveries outside Europe (America, Asia) please enquire about shipping costs by e-mail.

In the case of deliveries abroad, any customs duties, fees and/or import duties are always the responsibility of the buyer and shall be borne by him.
